Wendy is an award-winning VC/PE backed Business Founder, an Entrepreneur and a Visionary.

Following the near loss of her young son in a swimming-pool accident whilst on holiday, she went on to change the face of the international travel industry by creating an entirely new family-friendly product class.

Sadly because of Covid, things took a turn for the worse, but Wendy didn’t let that stop her. She is now a specialist People, Product and Culture strategist and is on a mission to lead the Resilient Britain movement.

During the podcast we also hear about her husband having to eject from a fighter jet after a complete engine failure.
